Shipping Policy Effective Date: May 7, 2026 This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on ig.cendynboost.com for bed sheets and bedding products shipped within the United States. 1. Processing Time Orders are processed within **1–2 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 2. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time - Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing (continental USA). - Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or delays caused by carriers. 3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Free shipping may be offered on orders over a specified amount (promotional terms apply). 4. Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within the **United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)**. We do not ship internationally at this time. 5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor delivery status. 6. Undeliverable or Lost Packages If a package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days so we can assist with the carrier.
